Breeze Airways Launches New Routes from Manchester-Boston to Charleston and Orlando
Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) has announced the launch of new routes by Breeze Airways, with inaugural flights to Charleston International Airport (CHS) and Orlando International Airport (MCO). These new services are set to provide New England travelers with more convenient options for reaching popular destinations.
Breeze Airways, known for its affordable fares and high-quality service, was warmly welcomed by MHT Airport Director Ted Kitchens, A.A.E. He emphasized the benefits for New England residents, highlighting the low-cost fares and new travel opportunities to destinations like Charleston and Orlando. Kitchens expressed confidence that Breeze's new airplanes and excellent onboard experience would appeal to travelers in the region.
Breeze Airways’ President, Tom Doxey, also shared his enthusiasm about the new routes. He noted that Breeze has seen significant growth since starting service from Providence three years ago, now offering over 20 destinations. Doxey expects similar success and expansion from Manchester-Boston Regional.
Starting on September 5, Breeze will introduce one-stop/no change of plane "BreezeThru" service to Tampa International Airport (TPA). This will be followed by nonstop service to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers beginning October 2. All routes will operate twice weekly using Breeze's Airbus 220-300 aircraft, enhancing connectivity and travel options for passengers.
These new routes are anticipated to increase travel flexibility and provide more choices for vacationers and business travelers alike. The addition of Breeze Airways to MHT's roster is expected to boost the airport's traffic and contribute to its growth as a regional hub.
