British Airways website goes down at the height of Isha storm

Most of the complaints were about website loading issues. Customers from all over the UK reported problems that made it difficult or impossible to book tickets, get information about their flights, and download boarding passes, The Scottish Sun reports.
British Airways responded to customer complaints on social media, saying it was aware of the problem and was working to resolve it. Customers unable to access the website were advised to contact customer service or check in at the airport.
The problems with the British Airways website came amid delays and cancellations due to the Isha storm that is terrorizing the entire country.
British Airways did not say what caused the problems with the website, but assured that the company's IT teams are working to fix the problems.
In response to numerous comments on X, which used to be Twitter, the company tried to help passengers and apologized for the inconvenience.
