The long-anticipated resumption of flights between Clark and Siargao is set to begin on December 3, 2024, providing a direct connection between these two key destinations. Operated by one of the Philippines' leading airlines, this route will offer passengers a convenient travel option, with flights running three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

For travelers, this news is particularly significant as it restores a direct link to Siargao, a well-loved island known for its pristine beaches, surfing spots, and laid-back atmosphere. The reestablishment of these flights will streamline travel from Central Luzon to the island, making it easier for both domestic tourists and international visitors arriving via Clark International Airport to access the island without requiring transfers through Manila or Cebu.

The flights are timed to cater to morning and early afternoon travelers, with departures from Clark scheduled at 11:00 AM and arrivals in Siargao at 1:05 PM. The return flights will leave Siargao at 1:35 PM, arriving back in Clark by 3:40 PM, ensuring travelers can plan their journeys with ease.

This development comes at an opportune moment as Siargao continues to recover from the impact of recent natural disasters and the pandemic, with tourism playing a vital role in the island’s economic revival. Direct flights from Clark not only reduce travel time but also position Central Luzon as a gateway for visitors heading to Siargao, further boosting tourism in the region.

For travelers, the new flights offer a hassle-free alternative to connecting flights through busier hubs, making it easier to reach one of the Philippines' top tourist destinations. This connection will likely contribute to a surge in visitor numbers, benefiting both local businesses and travelers seeking an easy escape to the island's natural wonders.
