Condor Launches New Direct Route from Frankfurt to San Antonio
Condor Airlines has introduced a new direct flight route connecting Frankfurt, Germany, to San Antonio, Texas. This route, the only direct connection from Europe to San Antonio, is part of Condor's expanded North America program. The flights will operate three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, providing European travelers with greater access to the Texan metropolis.
The inaugural flight departed Frankfurt at 2:43 p.m. on May 17, with the Condor A330neo, registered as D-ANRO. The launch was celebrated at Frankfurt Airport with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Condor CEO Peter Gerber and Pierre Dominique Prümm, Executive Board Member Aviation and Infrastructure at Fraport AG.
San Antonio, located in south-central Texas, is known for its rich cultural heritage, vibrant art scene, and diverse culinary offerings. The Texas Hill Country, nearby, is a popular destination for wine lovers, hikers, and cyclists. The introduction of this route is expected to boost tourism and business travel between Europe and Texas.
Passengers on the new A330neo can look forward to a high level of comfort and efficiency. Tickets for the Condor flights to San Antonio are available through tour operators, travel agencies, and the airline's website. This new route not only strengthens travel options but also enhances the connectivity between Europe and the United States.
