Cycas Hospitality Expands with Fairfield by Marriott Hotel at British Motor Museum

Cycas Hospitality's expansion takes another turn in the second quarter of 2024 with the announcement of managing the first Fairfield by Marriott hotel in the UK. This marks a significant milestone for Marriott Bonvoy, which boasts a large portfolio encompassing over 30 hotel brands.

Located within the British Motor Museum complex adjacent to the M40 motorway, the future 142-room property is set to open in early 2026. This venture signifies Marriott's push into the hospitality landscape of the UK, bringing to life its respected mid-tier brand against the backdrop of Marriott's family farm heritage.

Situated amidst automotive giants like the Jaguar Land Rover global research center and Aston Martin's global headquarters, the hotel strengthens the position of South Warwickshire as a central hub of the UK automotive industry. The British Motor Museum, renowned for housing the world's largest collection of historic British cars, stands as a bastion of automotive heritage and innovation.
