Delta Opens Exclusive Delta One Lounge at JFK
Delta Air Lines has opened its first Delta One Lounge at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. This new facility, located between Concourses A and B in Terminal 4, spans over 39,000 square feet and offers a variety of amenities for Delta One passengers.
The lounge, larger than any Delta Sky Club, includes dining options, wellness treatments, and valet services. Delta One ticketholders can enjoy personalized experiences based on their travel needs, making it a notable addition to the airport's amenities.
The design of the lounge features elements inspired by iconic New York City landmarks, providing a unique atmosphere that reflects the city’s character. Highlights include a premium bar with Art Deco lighting and a Market dining area with fan-shaped marble mosaic tiles.
The 140-seat Brasserie restaurant, in collaboration with Restaurant Associates and Union Square Events, offers a three-course meal service with dishes like Hamachi crudo and lasagna Bolognese. Additionally, the lounge includes a Market and Bakery for quick dining and beverage cart service for convenience.
Wellness amenities include relaxation pods, full-body massage chairs, and a Serenity Lounge designed for pre-flight relaxation. There are also eight shower suites available for guests needing to refresh after long flights.
Business travelers can utilize soundproof booths and additional monitors for work. The lounge also features an outdoor terrace with views of the airfield, providing a pleasant space to relax.
The Delta One Lounge at JFK is the first of its kind, with additional lounges planned for Los Angeles and Boston Logan International Airports later this year. This new lounge represents Delta's commitment to enhancing the premium travel experience for its customers.
