Earn Extra Miles with Every Uber Ride: Flying Blue and Uber Partnership Announced
Flying Blue, the loyalty program of the Air France-KLM Group, and Uber have announced a new partnership allowing members to earn miles on Uber rides in France and the Netherlands. Starting today, Uber becomes the official ride-hailing partner of Flying Blue, enabling members to collect miles on every ride.
Members can now link their Flying Blue account (France, Netherlands) in the Uber app to earn 1 mile for every €1 spent on Uber rides, with an increased rate of 2 miles per €1 for those who take four or more trips each month. This offer is available to both local residents and visitors who book rides in any city across France and the Netherlands.
This partnership expands Flying Blue’s benefits, which already include earning and redeeming miles with over 40 airlines and 100 commercial partners. Flying Blue Miles can be used for various services, such as purchasing sustainable aviation fuel, upgrading flights, booking hotel rooms, shopping with participating brands, or donating to charitable organizations.
With over 24 million members, the Air France-KLM Group is one of Europe’s leading airline groups, and this collaboration with Uber is expected to enhance the travel experience for many. The new partnership reflects Flying Blue’s ongoing commitment to providing additional value to its members' daily lives.
All Flying Blue members can start collecting miles through the Uber app from July 16, 2024.
