easyJet Announces 60 New Routes for Winter 2024
easyJet has announced its largest expansion of routes with 60 new destinations now available for booking, including 33 from 11 UK airports, starting from winter 2024. This significant expansion aims to enhance travel options for passengers across Europe and beyond.
Among the new routes, easyJet will launch a winter service to Tromso in Norway from London Gatwick, Bristol, and Manchester for the first time. Additionally, a year-round service to Strasbourg, a new destination in France, will operate from London Gatwick.
The airline is also expanding its reach from other UK airports. London Luton will see new routes to Athens, Basel, and Djerba starting in November, while Manchester will gain connections to Zurich and Djerba. Birmingham, which has already seen 16 new routes this year, will add five more, including Prague and Marrakech.
The new routes provide more opportunities for travelers to explore diverse destinations and enjoy greater flexibility in their travel plans. For instance, the new twice-weekly flights to Tromso will allow passengers to experience the Northern Lights, while the year-round service to Strasbourg offers a chance to visit the historic French city.
This expansion reflects easyJet's commitment to providing a wide range of travel options and reinforcing its position as a leading European airline. The new routes are expected to boost tourism and provide economic benefits to the connected regions.
Passengers can now book flights on easyJet's website and mobile app, with fares starting from £26.99. This extensive network expansion underscores easyJet's dedication to offering affordable travel options across Europe and beyond.
