easyJet Holidays Introduces New Getaway Options to Sitges and Corsica
easyJet holidays has recently announced the addition of two new destinations to its roster of European vacation spots. The popular holiday provider now offers travel packages to Sitges, Spain, and the French island of Corsica, both considered up-and-coming gems in the travel industry.
Sitges, recognized for its dynamic atmosphere and cultural richness, appeals particularly to those who enjoy vibrant nightlife and beachfront celebrations. As one of Spain's major LGBTQ+ friendly destinations, it offers a unique blend of sun, sea, and entertainment. Located near Barcelona, Sitges also boasts fantastic dining and shopping options. Holiday packages to this lively town start at £450 per person for a seven-night stay, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and a 23kg luggage allowance.
In contrast, Corsica offers an escape into nature with its stunning mountain ranges and serene beaches. Known for its diverse landscapes and rich history, the island caters to adventurers, sun-seekers, and culinary enthusiasts alike. easyJet services three airports on the island—Bastia, Calvi, and Figari—making it highly accessible for UK travelers. Vacation packages to Corsica begin at £393 per person for a four-night stay.
Both destination packages are part of easyJet holidays' broader effort to expand its vacation offerings and provide diverse experiences suited to various tastes and budgets. These packages are currently available for booking, including benefits such as flights, hotel stays, and transfers, coupled with a 23kg luggage allowance.
Paul Bixby, Chief Commercial Officer at easyJet holidays, expressed enthusiasm about the new additions, stating, "We are thrilled to offer these exciting destinations to our customers. Both Sitges and Corsica provide distinct and enriching experiences that cater to the diverse preferences of our holidaymakers. We're committed to continually enhancing our destination portfolio to include both well-loved and emerging spots across Europe."
