Flydubai is expanding its network in Europe by adding 4 new routes in 2024
Dubai-based airline Flydubai has announced a significant expansion of its European network. In 2024, the low-cost airline will launch direct flights to four new destinations.
According to Khaleej Times, the airline's European network will now encompass 43 destinations in 21 countries. Among the airports to be served by the company are:
- Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Euroairport (BSL)
- Riga International Airport (RIX)
- Tallinn Airport (TLL)
- Vilnius International Airport (VNO)
"We are proud that with the opening of new routes, our network is growing like never before. We have created a diverse network of 126 destinations, 60% of which previously had very limited or no connections to Dubai," said Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of Flydubai.
Flydubai's flights to the Baltic region and Basel will allow more people to conveniently travel through Dubai's aviation hub.
Flights to the new destinations will be operated from Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport (DXB).
This expansion of Flydubai's network will be good news for travelers seeking more affordable and convenient ways to travel to Europe from the East without a stopover.
