Featuring six distinct flavors, including Hampshire honey from the hotel's own beehives and plums harvested from the hotel's orchard, the gelato shop showcases the rich bounty of the region.
In addition, the hotel is thrilled to announce the opening of La Terrazza, an alfresco restaurant set to debut in April. With a menu curated by Chef Pizzaiolo Angelo Doganieri, La Terrazza will offer a vibrant mix of local Hampshire produce and classic Italian dishes against the backdrop of panoramic views of the rural landscape.
