Hurtigruten Expeditions launches all-inclusive cruises
This autumn, Hurtigruten Expeditions is switching to an all-inclusive model, adding more services and amenities to its base fares.
Regular class cabins will include breakfast, lunch and dinner with house wine and beer; Wi-Fi; gratuities; daily expeditions and activities. Most of these are already available at no extra charge, but the changes combine them and expand the inclusion of alcoholic beverages beyond meals, Yahoo writes.
The operator made the changes following feedback from passengers and partners. The new model will be rolled out first on voyages to Antarctica and the Galapagos Islands departing in October, and next month for the entire fleet and all destinations.
The news follows the rebranding of the operator from Hurtigruten Expeditions in December.
