Jazeera Airways Launches Direct Flights from Kuwait to Krakow
Jazeera Airways, in partnership with the Polish Embassy in Kuwait, has inaugurated the first direct flight service between Kuwait and Krakow, Poland. Announced at a press conference by Her Excellency Anna Marta Godoj-Ciszkowska and Jazeera Airways CEO Barathan Pasupathi, this new route begins operations on June 11, 2024.
This initiative is not merely about shortening travel time—it's a celebration of cultural ties and shared histories between Kuwait and Krakow, a city known for its rich heritage and scenic beauty. Krakow, once the capital of Poland, offers a plethora of historical sites, vibrant cultural experiences, and culinary delights, making it a significant addition to Jazeera Airways' destinations.
The airline plans to operate two direct flights weekly, catering to tourists and the Polish community in Kuwait. This direct route significantly reduces travel time compared to the current options that require lengthy stopovers.
The launch is timely as both nations approach nearly 61 years of diplomatic relations, reinforcing their ongoing commitment to fostering stronger bilateral ties. This service is not just a route between two cities but a bridge that enhances mutual understanding and cooperation. With Jazeera Airways' expansive network, this new route promises to make Krakow a more accessible and appealing destination for travelers from the Middle East and beyond.
