JetBlue Introduces Blueprint, a New Personalized Inflight Experience
JetBlue has announced a new platform, Blueprint by JetBlue™, designed to offer passengers a personalized inflight experience. This initiative introduces features like the ability to save content and personal settings for future flights. With this move, JetBlue aims to make air travel more flexible and user-friendly.
Blueprint by JetBlue™ includes a "watch party" function, allowing up to six passengers on the same flight to watch the same movie or TV show simultaneously. The platform also offers personalized content recommendations and the ability to pick up where you left off from a previous flight. These features are intended to make inflight entertainment more engaging and tailored to individual passengers' preferences.
In addition to entertainment, JetBlue has added personalized elements like personal greetings on seatback screens and seatback meal ordering. The airline also offers easy sign-up for its TrueBlue loyalty program with a simple QR code scan.
The rollout of Blueprint by JetBlue™ has begun, with completion expected by next month. This new platform underscores JetBlue's efforts to improve the inflight experience by offering more customization and flexibility.
