KLM to Offer New Dutch-Made Comfort Kits for Business Class Passengers
Starting 1 July 2024, KLM World Business Class passengers and KLM Crown Lounge visitors at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol will have access to new personal care products from the Dutch brand Marie-Stella-Maris. These products will also be available in new comfort bags from 1 August.
KLM aims to enhance the travel experience by providing premium personal care items. The new comfort bags are a result of a collaboration with Envisions design agency in Eindhoven. Inspired by different times of the day, the bags will include hand soap, hand gel, hand lotion, face mist, face moisturizer, and lip balm.
Marie-Stella-Maris products, made with a minimum of 96% natural ingredients, are produced in the Netherlands. The brand also donates a portion of its sales to sustainable water projects, supporting social impact initiatives.
This change will see the new Envisions-designed comfort bags and Marie-Stella-Maris products replace the current offerings from Rituals, starting from 1 August. This initiative marks KLM’s latest effort to improve the passenger experience with locally made, high-quality products.
