Marriott International apartments will appear on a luxury island resort in Saudi Arabia
Leading American real estate and hotel services company Marriott International has signed an agreement with NEOM to develop apartments on a resort island in Saudi Arabia. Thus, the first Marriott Bonvoy premium apartments will appear on the island of Sindalah in the Red Sea in 2024.
This agreement is the fourth cooperation between NEOM and Marriott International on Sindhala Island, which will also include two Luxury Collection properties and an Autograph Collection hotel. It was reported in Business Traveler.
It is noted that the Marriott Bonvoy Sindalah rooms will have a studio, 2-3 bedrooms, an equipped living room, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The hotel also plans to open its own fitness center and swimming pool.
"We continue to see a growing demand for premium and luxury apartment accommodation among travelers. The Marriott Bonvoy Apartments are a perfect fit for Sindalah, which is expected to offer our guests and club members an exciting year-round island experience," said Chad Houch, Regional Vice President of Lodging Development, Middle East, Marriott International.
In turn, NEOM noted that the cooperation with Marriott International "adds another layer to our luxury accommodation offering."
"Located near the waterfront, close to culinary delights and luxury fashion, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy will satisfy all these needs to stay longer for a comfortable and luxurious stay," said Anthony Vives, NEOM's director of urban planning and islands.
