Qatar Airways to fly to Venice and Hamburg: first flights to be launched in summer
Qatar Airways has announced the expansion of its network in 2024 with new destinations and the resumption of flights that will be available for booking before the New Year.
Travelers can start planning their summer trips in 2024 with the resumption of flights to Venice, Italy, in June and Hamburg, Germany, in July, GDNOnline reports. This will contribute to economic and tourist activity.
Venice is expected to be in high demand from destinations such as Japan, China and Australia, while Hamburg will serve as a gateway to South Africa, Thailand and the Philippines.
"We look forward to our passengers discovering new experiences and resuming flights to their favorite destinations," said Eng Badr Mohammed Al-Mir, Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Airways Group.
Seven weekly flights to Venice are scheduled from June 12, 2024. Doha - Venice with departure at 09:00 and arrival at 14:20 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Venice - Doha with departure at 16:50 and arrival at 23:10 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Seven weekly flights to Hamburg will be launched from July 01, 2024. Doha - Hamburg with departure at 08:35 and arrival at 14:10 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Hamburg - Doha with departure at 15:40 and arrival at 22:40 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Doha - Hamburg with departure at 2:15 and arrival at 07:50 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Earlier, Qatar Airways announced the expansion of Qatar Airways' winter schedule, which includes increased frequency to key travel destinations including Amsterdam, Bangkok, Barcelona, Belgrade and Miami, with connections at the Middle East's best airport - Hamad International Airport in Doha.
