According to new data, Queenstown, New Zealand, is expecting an influx of tourists eager to celebrate the Chinese or Lunar New Year amidst incredible landscapes of water and mountains.
It is estimated that more than a billion people from around the world will join the festivities on February 10, and Queenstown, along with Auckland, is among the top 20 Airbnb searches related to this event. Newshub reported on this.
Queenstown ranks third among the requests on the accommodation booking site for the Lunar New Year's Eve in 2024. Auckland took 17th place.
