Ryanair has added new flights from Cardiff to Alicante and Tenerife
Ryanair has announced new flights from Wales in the UK to two Spanish resort cities. The company will add new flights from Cardiff to Alicante and Tenerife starting in April this year.
The new routes will be launched on April 4 and will operate three times a week. Flights to Tenerife will open two days later and will operate once a week, The Mirror reports.
It is noted that Cardiff Airport is somewhat limited in terms of destinations compared to London and Manchester airports. Thus, the introduction of new routes will allow residents of the region to fly to these sunny destinations more easily and quickly.
It is currently known that tickets to Tenerife are already available from £29.22, and to Alicante for just £27.52. In addition, the company announced plans to resume existing flights from Cardiff Airport to destinations such as Dublin, Malaga, and Faro.
