SWISS International Air Lines (SWISS) has announced its winter 2024/25 schedule, continuing to expand its route network. The airline will maintain several of its newly introduced summer services into the winter period, providing travelers with an extended range of destinations. This includes the continuation of flights from Zurich to Washington, DC, London Gatwick, Cluj-Napoca, and Košice, as well as from Geneva to Oslo.
In the upcoming winter season, SWISS will operate five weekly flights from Zurich to Washington, DC, marking a significant commitment to this route. Additionally, the airline will run daily flights to London Gatwick and three weekly flights to Cluj-Napoca and Košice. These services reflect SWISS’s strategy to strengthen its presence in both long-haul and short-haul markets.
Furthermore, SWISS will increase the frequency of its flights on several key intercontinental routes. The airline plans to offer daily flights from Zurich to Los Angeles and San Francisco, while its Zurich-Miami route will see twice-daily services. Zurich-Shanghai flights will also be upgraded to a daily schedule, enhancing connectivity to Asia.
From Geneva, SWISS will maintain its non-stop service to Oslo, with four weekly flights. Travelers from Geneva will also benefit from increased frequencies to Copenhagen, now five times a week, and three weekly flights to Valencia and Malaga. This expansion supports SWISS’s goal to provide more travel options from its Geneva hub.
Overall, SWISS’s winter 2024/25 schedule will cover 93 destinations from Zurich and Geneva, including 65 European and 23 intercontinental points from Zurich, and New York plus 22 short-haul destinations from Geneva.
