The Lufthansa plane returned to the airport due to the tragic death of a passenger who lost "liters of blood
A Lufthansa flight from Bangkok to Munich turned into a tragic incident when a 63-year-old passenger suddenly passed away during the journey, losing "liters of blood." This distressing event terrified passengers and prompted the flight crew to take immediate action.
Witnesses Martin and Karin Missfelder, seated nearby, informed Blick that the man appeared unwell from the outset. Concerned, they inquired with his travel companion and the flight attendants.
Although his wife attributed his condition to rushing to catch the flight, the passenger's pale complexion, cold sweat, and labored breathing raised alarms among the crew.
Despite passengers' apprehensions, the doctor onboard cleared the unwell man for the flight. However, shortly after takeoff, his condition rapidly deteriorated.
The man began coughing up blood, which later emanated from his nose and mouth.
"It was horrifying. Everyone was screaming," recounted Martin Missfelder.
Flight attendants promptly sprang into action, attempting to revive the man, but tragically, their efforts were in vain. The aircraft returned to Bangkok, where medical professionals pronounced him deceased.
