Uber Offers Discounts for Tourists at the Paris Olympics
Visitors to the Paris Olympics will be able to save on transportation with Uber. From July 22 to September 8, Uber is offering a 10 percent discount on rides from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly (ORY) airports. Additionally, passengers can receive a 30 percent discount on UberX Share within the city, provided their ride is shared with another passenger.
France's Ministry of Tourism expects over 15.3 million people to travel to Paris for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Due to the high volume of passengers, Uber also recommends using other modes of transportation, such as Lime e-bikes, which can be booked through the Uber app.
