To kick off the Halfway to Halloween celebrations, Disney has announced that Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be sporting new neon spiderweb attire throughout Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, adding a fresh and vibrant twist to the festivities. Adding to the excitement, a new rave dubbed the DescenDANCE Party awaits visitors at Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.
