Aer Lingus has prepared three new routes to sunny destinations with an expanded schedule of popular European routes. Starting from the end of October 2024, the airline will offer flights to Morocco (Marrakech), Spain (Seville), and Malta, and will increase the number of flights to several popular destinations, giving travelers more options to relax this winter.
Flights to Spain (from €49.99) and Malta (from €69.99) will begin on October 25, 2024, and the route to Marrakech (from €69.99) will start on October 26. Portugal has not been overlooked, with flights to Faro available year-round.
Seville, a vibrant city in Andalusia, offers year-round sunshine and rich cultural experiences. From strolling through the historic Santa Cruz neighborhood to enjoying live flamenco performances, Seville promises an unforgettable winter getaway. Malta, located in the Mediterranean, combines a mild winter climate with historical attractions like Valletta and luxurious coastal resorts. Marrakech, known for its exotic charm, bustling bazaars, and ancient palaces, offers a unique Moroccan adventure.
To meet the increased demand for winter vacations in warmer climates, the number of flights on European tourist routes will be increased: Athens, Nice, Alicante, and Majorca. Flights to Faro will operate four times a week year-round. The schedule to Nice has been extended until the end of November, and Athens will be served until January. Other notable expansions include additional flights to Bordeaux, Izmir, Lanzarote, and Tenerife.
The new winter schedule from Aer Lingus offers numerous travel options, meeting the needs of those seeking cultural, historical, or sunny experiences. The expanded routes make winter vacation planning easier and provide more opportunities for travelers. Whether exploring the heritage of Athens, the beaches of the Canary Islands, or the atmosphere of Seville, the new destinations will allow everyone to find the perfect place for a winter trip.
