Carnival Legend has completed dry dock maintenance ahead of the new European summer cruise season. The ship departed from Barcelona, Spain, offering passengers updated areas and new services.

Carnival Legend now features new venues such as Chef’s Table, Dreams Studio, and a dedicated space for Carnival Adventures. The steakhouse has been refreshed and renamed Fahrenheit 555, the casino has been expanded, and the spa has been rebranded as Cloud 9 Spa and Fitness Center, popular across the Carnival fleet. The onboard shops have also been refreshed, and a new mini-golf course has been installed on the top deck. For young travelers, the Circle C and Camp Ocean youth programs have been updated.

Over the next four months, Carnival Legend will embark on a series of 16 cruises across Europe. Besides Barcelona, the ship will depart from Dover (London), UK, and Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy. The itineraries include visits to beautiful destinations in Spain and Portugal, the UK and Iceland, Italy, and Greece. In October, Carnival Legend will sail a transatlantic Carnival Journeys cruise to its new homeport in Tampa, Florida. Next year, Carnival Legend’s sister ship, Carnival Miracle, will take over the European season and add Lisbon, Portugal, as a departure point.

The updates and new offerings on board Carnival Legend aim to make the journey even more comfortable and memorable for passengers. Travelers will be able to enjoy a variety of services, improved conditions, and new entertainment throughout the cruise season.
