Condor Launches Vienna-Frankfurt Link to Boost Travel Access
Condor, the leisure airline of Germany has introduced a new operational hub at Vienna International Airport and operates daily direct flights to Frankfurt. This is the first time the airline has positioned an aircraft in Vienna, an important launch into the Austrian market. The service will initially operate once a day and is scheduled to increase to twice daily in October 2025, using an Airbus A320-200.
This route strengthens Vienna’s role in Condor’s wider network by connecting Austrian passengers to the airline’s global long-haul destinations via Frankfurt. With over 60 international connections available from Frankfurt—including routes to the Caribbean, Africa, and North America—the new link simplifies travel planning for Austrian residents, particularly for those seeking seamless access to far-reaching holiday destinations.

A new route opens, more direct methods to Zanzibar, Barbados and Seattle. Condor’s summer schedule also includes direct flights from Vienna to Mediterranean holiday favorites such as Palma de Mallorca, Kos, and Rhodes.
