At the historic ceremony at the Fincantieri Marghera shipyard in Venice on April 19th, Cunard officially welcomed its new ship, Queen Anne, into its esteemed fleet. This event marked a significant milestone as Queen Anne became the 249th ship sailing under the Cunard flag and the third built by Fincantieri.

Distinguished guests at the ceremony included Italian Minister of Enterprises and "Made in Italy" Adolfo Urso and Italian Minister for Relations with Parliament Luca Chiriani, who showcased the craftsmanship embodied in Queen Anne. Preparing for departure to Southampton ahead of her maiden voyage to Lisbon on May 3rd, Queen Anne's design focuses on heritage, craftsmanship, style, narrative innovation, spanning 14 decks and accommodating up to 3,000 guests.

Katie McAlister, President of Cunard, expressed enthusiasm for adding Queen Anne to the fleet, emphasizing the ship's role in the company's heritage and its upcoming maiden voyage, scheduled for May 3rd with a historic naming ceremony in Liverpool on June 3rd.

This liner promises to provide its guests with an impressive array of well-designed features and a wide range of services.
