Delta Air Lines is set to increase its European routes from Atlanta to 17 by July 2025, marking the highest number in 14 years. The airline's expansion will include new flights to Naples and the return of service to Brussels, although flights to Stuttgart will cease. Delta's summer schedule will include over 670 weekly European departures, with the majority from its JFK hub, though Atlanta remains a key player in its European strategy.

Next summer, Delta’s Atlanta hub will offer a wide range of European destinations, operated primarily with Airbus A330 and Boeing 767 aircraft. The new Naples service will commence on May 23, 2025, while Brussels flights will resume on June 10, marking a return to the route that had been discontinued in 2020. However, service to Stuttgart will no longer be available after this summer.

Atlanta passengers will have a variety of destinations to choose from, including major cities like London, Paris, and Rome. The route to Rome will be especially popular, with Delta offering 17 weekly flights next July. Approximately 340,000 passengers are expected to fly to Europe from Atlanta next summer, continuing the trend of strong transatlantic travel demand.

The majority of passengers on these flights are expected to either connect through Atlanta or transit to other SkyTeam hubs in Europe. Among the most popular routes from Atlanta are those to London, Paris, and Rome, which feature prominently in Delta’s expansion strategy.
