Brookfield Asset Management is pleased to announce its newest project, Downright Austin. Located just a few blocks from the city's top entertainment destinations, the property promises to be an attractive destination for tourists and locals alike.

"We are delighted to introduce Downright to Austin and eagerly anticipate serving both travelers and the local community," said Erica Graham, Senior Vice President of Brookfield Asset Management, in a press release.

She emphasized that Austin's vibrant spirit and originality inspired her.

Guests can immerse themselves in the Texas spirit, with unique interiors and stylish details that reflect Austin's history and modernity. The rooms and other areas feature natural colors, abundant natural light, and chic decor to cultivate an atmosphere of relaxation and entertainment.

Two restaurants and a cocktail bar at Downright Austin are scheduled to open in the spring. One of the restaurants will offer hotel guests tables with underwater views of the outdoor pool. Both restaurant concepts are being developed in collaboration with the local group FBR Management to provide quality service that caters to gourmet tastes.

The hotel also promises a year-round events calendar filled with vibrant activities, including music, private events, parties, and more, all hosted in suitable spaces.

The entire hotel is infused with nature: green spaces, open areas, and unique details such as a chessboard create a lively and creative atmosphere, reminiscent of Austin's cultural richness.

At the reception, guests can enjoy hand-roasted coffee or grab fresh produce for breakfast to go.

Special attention is given to the variety of events at the hotel: exciting happenings will occur year-round. The facilities offer spaces for live music, private parties, and other events, ensuring that every guest can partake in a social life, no matter when they choose to visit this cozy corner in Austin.

The boutique hotel is set to open in the spring. For information on rates and exclusive offers at Downright Austin Hotel, please contact them directly.
