Dream job for 1 million rubles: a villa tester who knows how to have a good time is wanted

A Russian job site has posted a vacancy from a major developer, BALIVE DEVELOPMENT VILLAS, which offers interesting working conditions. The candidate must be able to have a good time at the villa and control the project.

According to the ad on hh.ru, the salary for such work is from 1 million to 2 million rubles. Despite the doubts about the authenticity of such a vacancy, hundreds of lucky people have already responded to this offer.

What is known about working as a villa tester

The employer is a construction company in Indonesia and Bali. The description states that more than 50 projects have already been completed. As part of their company's development, they will launch a new exclusive project for the construction of villas on the ocean. For this work, a person is wanted with his family who can properly show a vacation in a villa.

He or she will have to spend time with dolphins and whale sharks, go diving and snorkeling. In addition, the tester is obliged to visit popular establishments, make reviews from the ground, learn to surf, sunbathe for up to 2 hours on the beach, drink at least 2 coconuts a day, and much more.

Indicates that anyone can apply for the job, but applicants will undergo a multi-level selection process.

The main responsibilities of a tester are

1. Thorough testing of newly built villas, analyzing and suggesting improvements to ensure ergonomics and visual comfort.

2. Interacting with clients, obtaining the necessary documents for evaluation, sometimes traveling to the place of inspection.

3. Independently prepare detailed reports on various types of real estate, including villas, rooms, townhouses and land.

4. Verification of reports in accordance with the law and valuation methodologies, as well as their approval by banks or, if necessary, by SROs.

5. Advising clients on completed reports and strictly monitoring the progress of own projects.

As stated in the job posting, the employer does not require the candidate to have a university degree and a qualified certificate and experience in the real estate valuation sector.

At the same time, the employee must be able to work in Booking, AirBnB, Agoda, and know the methodology for residential real estate valuation.

As for other skills, the candidate must be an experienced user of Word and Excel, be able to write and read competently, and be attentive to detail. This will be especially useful when describing their emotions about the vacation for the Youtube channel.

It is noted that the candidate must have a foreign passport and do nothing for a month, but just actively relax.
