easyJet Holidays is offering free seats for grandparents as part of its "Grans Go Free" initiative. Under this offer, elderly family members can book a limited number of seats on flights to popular European destinations such as Spain, Greece, and Italy.

The "Grans Go Free" initiative was launched by the company due to the growing number of vacationers who want to plan trips with their elderly relatives, Express reports.

According to a study among 2,000 Britons, 57% recognized the importance of spending more time with grandparents.

Matt Callaghan, COO of easyJet Holidays, said: "We're proud to offer thousands of free child seats, but we feel it's time to recognize the importance of grandparents."

According to the survey, Spain, Italy, and France were the most popular destinations for grandparents to vacation with. It was also found that more than half of the respondents are willing to give them the opportunity to choose the destination.

The 'Grans Go Free' discounts are part of the Great Orange Sale, which runs until Monday and offers discounts of up to £400.

"To get a free seat for your grandparents, give us a call and book it now. And don't worry if you haven't booked a seat - you can still get a great vacation for less with our Big Orange Sale," the website says.
