With Eid Al Adha set to begin on June 16, Emirates is gearing up to celebrate the occasion onboard with a variety of festive offerings. Passengers on select routes from June 16-19 will be treated to traditional dishes, new Arabic movies, TV series on ice, and handmade sweet treats from Home Bakery, a beloved Emirati artisan bakery.

From June 16-19, Emirates will offer all passengers, regardless of class, an array of handmade sweet treats crafted by Home Bakery. These include pistachio cakes and chewy melt cookies presented in a bespoke Emirates Eid gift box. Home Bakery, established by Emirati entrepreneur Hind Almulla, is renowned in Dubai for its delectable dessert and cake recipes.

Economy Class passengers can look forward to dishes such as lamb tagine with apricots and couscous, chicken kebab khashkhash with orange rice, and Lebanese-style chicken meatballs with vermicelli rice. For dessert, options include pistachio cake with butter cream and pistachio sauce or coffee cake with chocolate mousse drizzled in Arabica sauce.

Premium Economy and Business Class passengers will enjoy lamb chermoula with saffron rice, beef foga with steamed rice and potatoes, or prawn morbian with aromatic rice. Desserts in these classes include pistachio and chocolate nammoura cake and white chocolate and rahash mousse cake with toasted sesame seeds.

First Class passengers can indulge in dishes like grilled chicken with sumac lemon dressing and lamb madfoon with fragrant rice. Eid desserts in First Class feature honey and white chocolate cake or walnut baklawa cake served with kashta. The A380 onboard lounge will also offer a selection of Emirati pastries and Arabic coffee for First and Business Class passengers.

For in-flight entertainment, Emirates' award-winning ice system will feature up to 6,500 channels, including over 2000 movies from around the world and more than 100 Arabic films. New additions this month include "5 Mohi El Din Abu El Ezz," "Bahebek," and "Souad." Passengers can also enjoy 290 Hollywood movies with Arabic subtitles and 50 Arabic TV series, along with 15 channels of Arabic podcasts and audiobooks, the Holy Qur’an, and over 500 channels of Arabic music.

Emirates continues to enhance the travel experience by offering passengers a taste of Eid Al Adha's rich traditions and entertainment, ensuring a memorable journey for all.
