To ensure smooth transportation for the Foyle Maritime Festival in Derry~Londonderry on Saturday, June 29th, Translink will operate additional late bus and coach services. Departing from Foyle Street Bus Station at 23:30, these services aim to accommodate the influx of festival-goers.

Visitors can take advantage of the extra Goldliner journeys to Belfast and Coleraine, Ulsterbus routes to Strabane, Limavady, and Dungiven, as well as Foyle Metro services covering Cityside and Waterside routes.

These additional services provide a convenient way for festival-goers to enjoy their day and return home safely. The aim is to encourage more people to use public transport, offering a greener alternative to private cars, and helping to reduce traffic congestion, carbon emissions, and parking demand around the city centre.

Festival attendees can also benefit from a range of value fares and ticketing options, such as Family & Friends tickets, Day Passes, Rambler, and iLink. Contactless ticketing and payment options on all Derry~Londonderry buses and coaches enhance convenience and flexibility for travelers.

Temporary traffic and travel arrangements will be in place to facilitate the festival. Visitors are encouraged to check the festival website and social media for updates. Detailed timetable and fare information is available on the Translink website, through Translink’s Journey Planner, or at Foyle Street Bus Station.
