In April 2024, the business travel industry is abuzz with two major events: GBTA Canada in Toronto and the ITM Conference in Brighton, UK. GBTA Canada is set to bring together hundreds of professionals in the business travel sector from April 22nd to 24th.

The ITM Conference in Brighton gathers over 500 industry professionals to understand the realm of business travel. One of the highlights of the conference includes a keynote session on April 24th at 1 p.m. BST by BCD Travel CEO Stephan Baars. Additionally, attendees can look forward to a breakout session titled "AI and Travel Data: The Future of Insights" at 5 p.m. BST on the same day. This session will explore the integration of AI into travel data analysis, offering attendees actionable insights for optimizing their travel programs.
