Iberia and Iberia Express Lead in Punctuality Rankings

In May, Iberia and Iberia Express were recognized for their punctuality, ranking among the top airlines globally, according to data from Cirium, a global aviation analysis consultancy.

Iberia was the second most punctual airline in Europe and the fourth in the world, with 89.53% of its flights arriving on time. The airline operated 15,873 flights in May, maintaining high standards of punctuality.

Iberia Express achieved the title of the world's most punctual low-cost airline with a punctuality rate of 90.24% in May. The airline operated 3,835 flights, an 11% increase compared to May 2023.

These rankings highlight the operational efficiency of both Iberia and Iberia Express, as they continue to deliver timely services to their passengers. Last year, Iberia Express was the most punctual low-cost airline in Europe with an arrival punctuality rate of 84.58%, marking its debut in Cirium's annual report.

The consistent performance of these airlines underscores their commitment to reliability, ensuring a positive travel experience for passengers.
