IHG revealed the expansion of Garner across its Europe, Middle East, Asia & Africa (EMEAA) region, marking a significant step towards the brand's ambitious goal of surpassing 500 hotels within the next decade, and 1,000 hotels in the next 20 years. This expansion follows IHG’s strategic partnership with NOVUM Hospitality, Germany’s prominent private hotel operator, which will introduce 56 existing and upcoming Garner hotels to Germany.

Garner is designed to offer both owners and guests a compelling proposition: owners benefit from flexibility and strong returns, while guests enjoy a high-quality experience at an affordable price point. With three open properties already and 14 in the pipeline globally, Garner is making its mark in various regions, including the US and Japan.

The brand's appeal lies in its flexibility, commitment to providing unique guest experiences, and its promise to deliver value. Each Garner property prioritizes guest essentials such as convenient locations, comfortable accommodations, and complimentary Wi-Fi, all at an attractive price point.

IHG's focus on conversion opportunities underscores a growing trend among owners seeking higher returns on investments. Garner presents an enticing option for owners looking to minimize pre-opening costs and maximize operational efficiency, while leveraging IHG’s extensive resources, including digital capabilities and global sales infrastructure.

With its unique value proposition and rapid expansion, Garner is poised to carve out a distinctive niche in the midscale hotel segment, offering a fresh alternative for both owners and guests alike.
