The Lufthansa Group has widened its Green Fares initiative to encompass extended-distance flights across its international journeys. Beginning on the fourth of December, passengers can purchase these sustainable tickets for over eight hundred and fifty thousand trips each year, with choices available across all travel categories. This program integrates efforts to cut and offset greenhouse gas emissions, utilizing alternative aviation fuel (SAF) and contributing to environmental preservation initiatives, presenting a greener approach to air travel.
