Lufthansa has significantly upgraded its in-flight entertainment options on short and medium-haul flights. Passengers can now access approximately 45 well-known German and English-language magazines free of charge via the FlyNet® Wi-Fi portal, reading their favorite titles on personal electronic devices. This service is also available on long-haul flights equipped with the new Allegris cabin, where digital magazines can be read on seat monitors across all travel classes for the first time.

In addition to this, Lufthansa passengers can download a certain number of eJournals before their flight and throughout their journey, depending on their travel class and Miles & More status. The eJournal collection offers around 1,600 titles in 40 languages, catering to a broad range of interests.

Another new feature on European flights is the introduction of diverse podcasts. The FlyNet® portal now provides a variety of podcasts in genres such as business, travel, science, and entertainment, available in both German and English.

During the European Men's Football Championship, Lufthansa passengers can follow the matches in real-time via a live ticker on the FlyNet® portal. Additionally, various football magazines will be available, and flight crews will regularly announce the latest scores.

These enhancements aim to make air travel more enjoyable by offering passengers a wider range of entertainment options.
