Luxury Disney Cruise Ship Rescues Four People from a Drowning Catamaran Near Bermuda

A recent event at sea showcased a well-executed rescue mission led by the crew of the Disney Treasure cruise ship. Four individuals aboard a catamaran named Serenity encountered a critical situation when their vessel began quickly filling with water. Located roughly 230 nautical miles from the shores of Bermuda, the passengers promptly sent out a distress alert, which was immediately picked up by the U.S. Coast Guard.

The people aboard Serenity, which included an older couple, their daughter, and a cousin, found themselves in an emergency due to a failed seal in the escape hatch.
