Norwegian breaks world record by jumping into water from a 40.5 meter high cliff
Norway's Ken Stornes, well known online as the "Last Viking," has broken the world diving record. His record brought the championship title back to Norway.
Ken shared the video of his jump into the icy water on his Instagram page to an audience of over 600,000 followers. Unilad noted that according to the results of the amateur "Death Diving" competition, Ker broke the previous record of 31.3 meters and set a new bar of 40.5 meters.
"We are bringing the Death Dive world record back to Norway, where it belongs. It was a find!" Ken Stornes wrote under the video.
Ken Stornes is 35 years old, an infantry combat veteran and former mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. The man has gained immense popularity on the Internet thanks to his videos in the wilds of Norway. The man shows his subscribers training in difficult conditions, diving into icy water with axes and admiring nature with his dog Ronja.
