Qatar Airways Resumes Daily Flights to Venice, Italy
Qatar Airways has announced the resumption of its non-stop daily flights between Hamad International Airport (DOH) in Doha and Venice Marco Polo (VCE) Airport in Italy. This marks an exciting development for travelers planning their summer in Europe, as Venice becomes the latest addition to Qatar Airways' expansive network.
The daily flights to Venice are part of Qatar Airways’ 2024 network expansion, complementing its existing services to Milan and Rome. To celebrate the occasion, a special ceremony was held at Hamad International Airport, where passengers were greeted with festivities at the departure gate.
Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Thierry Antinori, expressed enthusiasm about the resumed service. He highlighted that Italy remains a significant market for the airline, and the additional flights to Venice will provide more travel options and seamless connections for passengers eager to explore Italy’s iconic cities.
Venice, renowned for its picturesque canals, historic architecture, and rich cultural heritage, is expected to attract many travelers. The new flight schedule ensures convenience and flexibility, with daily departures allowing passengers to experience Venice at their leisure.
The flights will be operated using Qatar Airways' modern fleet, promising a comfortable and enjoyable journey. The daily schedule is as follows:
- Doha (DOH) to Venice (VCE): Departing at 09:00 and arriving at 14:20.
- Venice (VCE) to Doha (DOH): Departing at 16:50 and arriving at 23:10.
This service not only enhances Qatar Airways’ presence in Italy but also provides travelers with greater opportunities to explore the beauty of Venice and beyond.
