Attendees can look forward to a delightful train ride provided by Cambrian Heritage Railways, with special trips scheduled at 4 pm and 5 pm. The journey will take passengers through the charming suburbs of Oswestry and offer scenic views of open fields, culminating at Weston Wharf nearly two miles to the south.
This event is part of an initiative to update the public on the current roof repairs and Shropshire Council’s broader vision to restore the Cambrian Railway building to its former glory.
