In 2023, Ukrainian airline SkyUp will update the uniforms of its male flight attendants to include polo shirts and sneakers. This is expected to happen by the end of the summer.
According to SkyUp's official website, the company will also replace the men's uniform with trousers and a jacket. They will get a casual style, the main features of which are comfort and practicality.
The key colour of the new men's uniform is navy blue with small orange and blue stripes on the polo shirts.
SkyUp notes that although the decision to update the uniforms during the war may seem like a non-priority, the airline wants to support its crews and Ukrainian clothing manufacturers.
As you know, in 2021, the carrier updated the uniforms of female flight attendants. The designers have developed orange trouser suits with a sporty cut for them. Instead of boots, SkyUp made white Nike Air 720 sneakers an element of the female uniform.
