Train service, The Vietage by Anantara, is expanding its offerings with the launch of a second railway carriage. This daily round-trip journey between Nha Trang and Quy Nhon will start on May 15, 2024.

The success of its existing carriage linking Da Nang and Quy Nhon inspires the addition of a new bespoke carriage. This carriage will now connect Nha Trang, a beloved coastal destination served by Cam Ranh International Airport, to Quy Nhon, inviting travelers to indulge in exploration through South-Central Vietnam's picturesque landscapes.

Featuring 12 exclusive reservation-only seats in private booths, the carriage boasts contemporary interiors inspired by Indochinese design, complemented by expansive windows providing panoramic views. A chic sit-up bar allows guests to witness mixology skills firsthand as onboard hosts craft unique rail-inspired cocktails and mocktails. Travelers seeking relaxation can indulge in 15-minute head and shoulder treatments in the dedicated spa area.

The culinary journey onboard offers a sumptuous afternoon tea experience, featuring delicacies such as poached Bai Dai Lobster and Da Lat Caviar, a selection of homemade finger sandwiches, pastries, cakes, traditional scones, and an artisanal cheese and charcuterie platter. A dedicated vegan menu caters to plant-based enthusiasts.

Refreshments include a variety of Vietnamese teas, locally sourced coffee, and a selection of wines, cocktails, beers, mocktails, and soft drinks. Additionally, passengers can pre-order premium wines and champagnes or purchase extra portions of caviar onboard.

As the train traverses Vietnam's landscape, passengers can catch glimpses of water buffaloes, lotus ponds, rice paddies, and diverse flora and fauna. The journey offers views of the coastline along the East Sea and expansive bays before venturing into the mountainous province of Phú Yên.

Although not visible from the train, notable sights include Vietnam's oldest lighthouse, Mui Dien, and the Bình Thạnh Bridge, Vietnam's longest wooden bridge. Travelers from Nha Trang to Quy Nhon can combine their journey with a beachside retreat at Anantara Quy Nhon Villas, or extend their adventure by exploring Hoi An Ancient Town with a stay at Anantara Hoi An Resort.

A one-way ticket for The Vietage by Anantara between Nha Trang and Quy Nhon costs US$ 420 per person, inclusive of afternoon tea, a 15-minute spa treatment, beverages, and a selection of local tea and coffee.

Departing from Nha Trang in the afternoon and arriving at Dieu Tri station in Quy Nhon in the evening, The Vietage by Anantara continues its journey to Da Nang, arriving after midnight. The opposite route departs from Da Nang in the morning, arriving at Dieu Tri station in Quy Nhon in the early afternoon before heading to Nha Trang for a mid-evening arrival.
