The United States is a vast country with a diverse range of entertainment options, historical sites, and tourist attractions. Oftentimes, travelers find themselves overwhelmed when trying to decide where to go, especially since vacations are usually not long enough to visit multiple states simultaneously.

To help with this decision-making process, Airalo analyzed data collected by the International Trade Administration to determine the most visited states by international travelers in 2022. This analysis also includes information on each state's share of the international travel market and how these figures have changed over time. According to The Olympian, the top five states visited by international travelers—ranging from Texas to Florida—account for a staggering 90.8% of all international travel to the United States.
