Turbulence on Spirit Airlines Flight to LAX Leaves One Injured

A Spirit Airlines flight from Chicago O'Hare International Airport to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) encountered turbulence on Friday morning, resulting in one passenger suffering minor injuries. Initial reports indicated up to eight possible injuries, but airport officials confirmed only one person required medical attention upon landing.

The injured passenger was treated at the gate, and flight operations quickly returned to normal. Although the exact location of the turbulence is unclear, the strong Santa Ana winds in the area may have been a contributing factor.

Spirit Airlines has yet to comment on the incident.
