Vietjet has resumed full flight operations following disruptions caused by Typhoon Yagi, restoring essential travel routes for passengers. Airports in affected regions, including Van Don, Tho Xuan, Noi Bai, and Cat Bi, have reopened, allowing the airline to reinstate its normal flight schedules. This swift recovery is crucial for travelers who rely on these routes for both domestic and international journeys.

For international travelers, the reopening of Noi Bai Airport is especially significant. The airport welcomed its first international flight from Japan just 20 minutes after resuming operations. Vietjet is expected to handle over 140 flights at Noi Bai alone, ensuring that passengers can reach their destinations without significant delays.

The resumption of nearly 70 flights by noon on September 8 across the affected airports highlights the airline's commitment to minimizing disruptions for travelers. For those with travel plans disrupted by the typhoon, this news provides relief, as it signals the return of stability and reliability in the region's flight schedules.

Adding to the disruption, the typhoon forced many airlines to cancel flights, leaving thousands of passengers stranded in airports or having to make alternative travel arrangements. These cancellations had a ripple effect, impacting not only those in the immediate storm path but also connecting flights throughout Vietnam and beyond. With regular operations now resuming, travelers are gradually able to rebook and proceed with their journeys.

Travelers are advised to stay informed about their flight details, using the airline's website and mobile app to check for any updates. With airports fully operational again, tourists and business travelers alike can expect their trips to proceed with minimal further interruptions.

In light of the typhoon’s aftermath, Vietjet’s quick recovery offers reassurance to passengers, particularly those with time-sensitive travel needs. By prioritizing safety and maintaining efficient service, the airline has ensured that travel plans can resume, benefiting those with plans in and out of Vietnam.
